Lifelong Bostonians Jorge Sariego and Serge Desir II officially launched The Boston ONE Team at SERHANT in January 2026, following four years of preparation under the guidance of Ryan Serhant and his team.
Sariego, founding member of Serhant MA and team leader and associate real estate broker at The Boston ONE Team, and Desir, team manager and real estate advisor at The Boston ONE Team, are appreciative of their hardworking team that assists luxury buyers, sellers, developers, flippers and investors in Massachusetts. “If team members are happy and producing, then we’re happy,” they say. “It’s not about the money. It’s about the process and the stamp everyone is leaving behind.”
Desir’s first job in real estate was as a personal assistant at a boutique firm, handling transactions for the broker-owner and office manager and helping close 70-80 deals per year. Later earning a real estate license, he is known today for his lifestyle-driven marketing and approach to selling real estate through heavy social media interaction and video implementation. This has led to over $100 million in lifetime sales volume.
Sariego grew up working with his father as a general contractor, learning how homes are built and what actually adds value. When he got his driver’s license, he would drive around Boston just to learn the neighborhoods, sometimes getting lost on purpose. By the time he got into real estate, he already knew the streets block by block. He started finding off-market fix-and-flip deals for investors he knew from construction, and that early foundation turned into strong relationships and a reputation for finding opportunities before they hit the market.
Today, Sariego and Desir bring to transactions a combined 25+ years of industry experience and innovative marketing to close deals quickly. Outside of work, both men appreciate spending time with their loved ones and support Boston sports teams.
