She began her professional career in the early 2000s as an accountant, developing a strong foundation in finance and operations that shapes her strategic, results-driven approach.
Zayas is the broker-owner of REMAX Culture, a community-focused brokerage based in downtown Hudson, Massachusetts. Since opening her office in 2024, she has grown a dynamic, multilingual firm serving residential, commercial, luxury, rental, first-time homebuyer and investor clients across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. With a reputation for expanding access to homeownership, she is committed to fostering opportunity and leadership within the industry.
Consistently a top producer at her company, Zayas has earned multiple REMAX honors, including Platinum Club recognition, annual placement in the REMAX 100% Club and a Hall of Fame award in 2024. She has also received national recognition from the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), earning the Top 250 Latino Agents honor each year since 2017 and the Top 100 Latino Agents in the Northeast Region honor.
Zayas has held numerous leadership roles at NAHREP’s local and regional levels. She has served as president of NAHREP Boston and will serve on NAHREP’s Alumni Plus Advisory Board for the 2026–2027 term. She is actively involved with the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts, serving there as a finance committee member. She’s also served as a director for the Live Worcester Now board.
