Starting her real estate career as the director of marketing for Ballymeade Estate, a premier on-site development on Cape Cod, Stacie Kapulka enjoyed the creativity of her position. A broker associate with Sotheby’s International Realty, Kapulka represents clients throughout Falmouth, Mashpee, Sandwich and Bourne. Recognized in the top 1.5% of Realtors nationwide by Real Trends in 2025, Kapulka was among the top 10 agents for sales volume across all three Sotheby’s International Realty brokerages. She also ranked in the top 3% of agents on Cape Cod for volume and sales through the Cape Cod and Islands MLS.
A member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Kapulka is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and certified in interior design. “My approach is deeply personal because I treat every client like family while negotiating with precision and protecting their interests,” she says.
An avid hiker, beach lover and attendee of sporting events, Kapulka loves taking walks with her dog, Leo, and enjoying the outdoors.
