Twin sisters Lesley and Lindsay Santini began their lending careers after college graduation. With degrees in economics and business and a natural passion for numbers, they were drawn to mortgage lending, quickly realizing how much they enjoyed it.

Lesley and Lindsay, vice presidents of mortgage lending with Team Santini at Guaranteed Rate Affinity, were fascinated by the critical role financing plays in helping people achieve homeownership. To further benefit clients, they both earned master’s degrees in real estate management from Bentley University while working full time in the industry.

Team Santini handles all varieties of loans, from conventional to portfolio options like asset-based, DSCR, bank-statement and bridge loans. Inspired by their family’s background in construction, they bring passion and deep expertise to construction and renovation lending. Lesley is also a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, helping clients navigate the financial complexities of divorce with care, empathy and precision.
