Before transitioning into real estate, Martin-Tubbs worked more than 32 years for her family’s construction company. Immersed in managing daily operations, she developed an invaluable understanding of how infrastructure supports families’ dreams. Now, she is able to directly serve clients, leveraging her vast knowledge in construction management to their advantage.
