Karen Burton’s approach to real estate was influenced early by her parents, whose careers instilled in her a lasting respect for trust, integrity and client advocacy. After building a successful career in financial services, John Burton joined Karen at Sotheby’s International Realty, bringing a refined understanding of institutional sales and high-level client service. Their complementary backgrounds allow them to position exceptional properties while conveying the lifestyle, elegance and coastal character of Cape Cod. Their synergy as a team is defined by direct communication, meticulous attention to detail and a shared commitment to client success.
In 2024, the team expanded with the addition of Jonathan Crowley, further strengthening its expertise in luxury investment and development. With experience constructing, renovating and repositioning properties, Crowley brings an analytical, value-focused perspective to each transaction. A graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in computer science, he integrates data-driven insights to uncover opportunity and align strategy with client objectives.
Since 2017, the Burton & Burton team has consistently ranked among the top three producers within their brokerage and remains in the top 1% of agents on Cape Cod. Karen’s continued recognition on the RealTrends “America’s Best” list places her among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide. Outside of real estate, Karen and John cherish time with their six young grandchildren and enjoy golf and pickleball.
