Brian Quijada, Associate Broker

EVO Real Estate Group

A first-generation American whose parents immigrated to the United States from El Salvador, Brian Quijada began his journey into real estate by helping maintain buildings that his father owned. This experience influenced his decision to transition from bartending to brokerage in his early 20s.

After earning his license to sell properties eight years ago, Quijada moved to Somerville from Lowell, his hometown. At the time, he worked for a small boutique firm handling rental transactions, which allowed him to become knowledgeable about every Boston neighborhood while driving around with clients.

Today, as an associate broker with EVO Real Estate Group, Quijada mainly assists developers, serial investors, multifamily property owners, landlords and residential homebuyers throughout Greater Boston and the North Shore.

For the past three years, Quijada has led EVO’s internal leasing team, which handles exclusive listings for over 500 units and has generated more than $1 million in gross commission income. “When we meet with large-scale landlords, we can tell them that we have a team and systems in place,” he explains. Throughout his career, he has facilitated over $100 million in residential and commercial deals.

Quijada is proud to treat each client as if they are his only one. “I go above and beyond and stay persistent to ensure they get their needs met,” he reports. “I’m relentless when it comes to achieving our goals together.”

Authentic and unapologetically honest, Quijada tells clients how it is and always looks out for their best interests, even if it means a deal isn’t immediately achievable. Although he is constantly working, he enjoys knowing that this extra effort protects clients and ensures the best outcomes.
