In 2025, the Zack Harwood Real Estate group achieved a combined $48 million-plus in sales, placing their team in the top half of 1% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents worldwide. Based in Boston’s Back Bay, the Zack Harwood Real Estate group serves clients across Boston, Brookline and the Greater Boston areas.
Zack Harwood says putting their clients’ needs first and providing expert guidance at navigating the fast-paced Boston metro real estate market are keys to the group’s success. “Whether you’re a buyer or a seller, having personalized communication and guidance towards achieving your goals is key,” he says.
The group surpassed over $256 million and 300 units in all-time sales in 2025.
Zack was named Boston Agent Magazine’s Industry MVP in 2023, and he was featured on the cover of 2024’s issue. Carly was named Boston Agent Magazine’s “Rookie of the Year” the preceding year.
Before real estate, Zack Harwood worked as a buyer for the HomeGoods division at The TJX Companies for nearly a decade.
A resident of Boston for the past 15 years, Zack lives in West Roxbury with his wife, Katie; his daughters, Eva and Andi; and the family dog, Eddie. Prior to West Roxbury, they lived in South Boston for eight years.
As an experienced senior sales associate, Carly specializes in first-time buyers and sellers as well as relocation clients across the Greater Boston area.
Carly owns a home in Wayland with her husband, Tyler, their daughter, and their dog, Henry. Prior to Wayland, they lived in Wellesley and South Boston for several years.
