In 2024, Thrive Real Estate merged with Lamacchia Realty, which strengthened the company’s reach and added valuable resources that have enabled it to enhance its client-focused approach.

Consistently ranked among the top-producing agents in her market, McCauley Lynch achieved the Diamond Production Level in 2024 from the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts. The organization’s highest honor, this award is given to only 10 of its 2,000 members. In addition, she is the No. 1 agent in Shrewsbury for total sales volume, achieving more than $110 million in sales over the past decade.

A lifelong learner, McCauley Lynch holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and Certified Negotiation Specialist professional designations. She also holds the National Association of Realtors’ Commitment to Excellence certification.

A passionate hostess and creative at heart, McCauley Lynch enjoys design, cooking, reading and relaxing at the beach with family and friends. Above all, she treasures time with her husband, Rick, their five adult children, their beloved grandchildren — Adelyn, Kena and Silas — and their dog, Pippi.
