With a degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing, she began her career in the fitness industry, where she owned and operated a successful studio, before beginning her sales career in the car auction industry. “My previous experience built my reputation for trust, accountability and guiding clients toward results,” she says. “I also learned advanced negotiation skills and a commitment to excellence, which now defines my real estate practice.”
Holland works throughout markets across three states and is especially familiar with Rhode Island’s coastal communities. In January, she and her broker-owner, Andrew Abu, closed the fourth-largest sale in Narragansett, Rhode Island. With nearly 45% of coastal luxury buyers coming from Massachusetts, she provides invaluable insight into the cross-border market dynamics that influence pricing, demand and negotiation strategy. “For buyers relocating or purchasing second homes, strong local representation is essential,” she remarks. “My knowledge of the coastal lifestyle and market trends ensures my clients make confident, well-informed decisions.”
For over a decade, Holland has led Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build initiative, empowering women through homeownership and service, and also served on her local zoning board. A member of the Central Massachusetts Advisory Council for Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island, she is running the Boston Marathon — her first marathon — this spring to support and raise vital funds for the organization.
