With over 12 years of experience in investment real estate and corporate finance, Markese Daise specializes in advising multifamily investors and developers throughout Boston and Greater Boston. Before launching Stony Brook & Lennox Realty Advisors, he spent nearly a decade in corporate accounting with a Class A commercial real estate firm. In this role, he managed institutional portfolios across major U.S. markets, including Boston, San Francisco and Washington, D.C., which shaped his understanding of capital structure, risk assessment and long-term value creation.
Daise transitioned into brokerage after identifying a clear market gap: multifamily owners often lacked advisors with a true investment-level command of underwriting and financial strategy. Drawing on his accounting background, he built his firm to serve clients who view their portfolios as long-term businesses. His practice centers on multifamily buildings, portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, developer representation and seller advising.
Growing up in Boston, Daise witnessed the city’s core communities change, street by street. These experiences now inform his approach to zoning and tenant dynamics. Professionally, he has spent years underwriting and advising on multifamily transactions across Boston’s inner city and surrounding submarkets, focusing on zoning and redevelopment trajectories.
Clients describe Daise as analytical, strategic and deeply prepared. His style is defined by institutional rigor; he cuts through the noise to ensure clients can grasp valuation drivers and risks before they sign a contract. A member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, he is a multiyear recipient of the organization’s Top 10 Commercial and Multifamily Broker Award.
Daise is committed to youth mentorship and philanthropy. He serves as a board member of City Kids and, inspired by his seven-year-old son, founded the Lennox Play and Learn Foundation to expand access to education through technology.
