Recognized for his authenticity, professionalism and compassionate work style, Joseph Scapicchio built a strong reputation in the real estate industry over the past six years. “I wanted a challenge and more purpose in my life. I began my path in real estate right before the pandemic,” he shares. “I owe much of my success to my mentor, Nick Warren, who has inspired and guided me throughout my career.”
A senior sales associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Scapicchio represents clients throughout Boston and the North Shore. Currently living in Salem, he grew up in Nahant and Swampscott and has worked in Boston for over 20 years. “My previous hospitality experience honed my customer service skills, allowing me to provide a high level of attention to detail and personalized care,” he says. “Whether my clients are first-time homebuyers, luxury buyers or investors, I am able to adapt to each of their unique needs.”
Scapicchio recently received the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Leading Edge Society award, which recognizes the top 11% of sales within the company’s global network. This past year, he sold a $3M luxury condo at the Winthrop Center Millennium Residences, as well as 14 homes between Massachusetts and New Hampshire — his highest number of homes in a year to date. A member of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, he is a Master Mason member of Essex Lodge in Salem. “My passion for serving others extends beyond my professional life,” he says. “I strive to make a positive impact wherever I go.”
When not working, Scapicchio loves traveling the world and visiting as many countries as possible. He enjoys doing yoga, swimming and spending time by the ocean.
