Known for his positive energy and consistency, Brian Caluori wakes up every day ready to do his best. “I love what I do, and I want to make sure my clients feel the same way,” he shares. “I do everything I can to put client relationships first.”
A real estate advisor with Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, Caluori represents buyers and sellers throughout Back Bay, Beacon Hill, the South End, South Boston, Fenway, Seaport, Cambridge, Brookline and Somerville. While some of his clients find a home within a month, others take years. For example, he recently took on his highest-priced listing in Cambridge at $3,350,000. “It was no easy feat, as it took about two years for the sellers to get the property to market,” he recounts. “We don’t just show up and take photos; we spend an extensive amount of time behind the scenes to get a home ready for market.”
Recognized as a top producer in the Boston market and within Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty for the past five years, Caluori was one of the top 20 agents in his company of 700. An Accredited Buyer’s Representative, he is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the National Association of Realtors.
With 12 years of experience in the industry, Caluori engages and educates clients through social media. “I try to keep it light, as I have that type of personality,” he explains. “I like to mix both funny and serious in what I share so people can get to know the real me.”
Describing himself as a huge foodie, Caluori enjoys spending time with his wife, eating at new restaurants and cooking at home. He likes playing with his dog, Pepper, golfing, snowboarding, exercising and anything involving cars.
