With 26 years of experience in the lending industry, Chris Parker’s focus has shifted from closing deals to mentoring others, which led him to his current leadership role. A regional sales manager with Rate, Parker graduated from college in Boston before moving to Atlanta in search of greater opportunities. Initially training as a financial planner, he transitioned to the mortgage industry, where he discovered his passion for helping clients navigate one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives: buying a home.
Parker blends humor, collaboration and a strong emphasis on work-life balance into his leadership, enabling his team to thrive both professionally and personally. By providing my loan officers with personalized support and fostering an environment where they feel challenged, supported and valued, I am able to help them reach their full potential.”

When he’s not working, Parker is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys biking, hiking, skiing and playing golf or tennis. He also treasures time with his two daughters, balancing his adventurous spirit with his role as a father.
