Building and maintaining strong connections with real estate agents and clients is at the heart of Jane Qian’s success. Skilled at turning professional relationships into long-term friendships, she cherishes opportunities to support her clients through numerous milestones in their lives. “I feel honored when clients return to me or refer their friends and family,” she shares. “These relationships are not just about business; they are built on trust, respect and care.”
Qian is a member of the Rate President’s Club and has ranked among the top 1% of all originators nationwide for over 10 years. Acknowledging that 2025 was a challenging year, she found motivation in helping clients navigate complex situations. “It’s the extra hard cases that remind me why I love what I do,” she clarifies.
Outside of work, Qian enjoys cheering for Boston sports teams, gardening and improving her piano skills. Her faith continues to inspire and guide her approach to life and work. One of her favorite Bible verses, Philippians 2:3, defines her perspective: “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.”
