With 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, she is a frequent presenter for the Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation, which offers a program for first-time homebuyers.

As a breakout session speaker at the Real Estate Bar Association’s annual conference in November, Gibson detailed the reporting requirements under the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, which are currently being expanded. “I was very honored to speak,” she notes, “especially on a topic that will bring changes to our industry.”
At this point in her career, Gibson understands what all parties need in a successful transaction, routinely drawing on her experience with rapid market changes. “I know how overwhelming the process can feel after a client accepts an offer, moving quickly from elation to panic,” she says. “Buying a home is a big deal, and I want it to be a positive experience.”
