A lifelong Waltham resident with a deep appreciation for home and community, Alicia Robillard has built her business on listening first and leading with preparation. Now in her 11th year as a Realtor, she represents buyers and sellers throughout MetroWest, focusing on the Route 128 belt from Newton to Woburn, Route 2 from Lexington to Acton, Route 3 from Burlington to Westford and the Mass Pike corridor from Watertown to Framingham.
Robillard works across condominium, single-family and multifamily properties in all price points, guiding first-time buyers, families managing estates and clients navigating simultaneous sales and purchases. She has carved out a niche in seasonal and lakeside homes, including more than a decade of sales in the gated Summer Village community in Westford.
Before her real estate career, Robillard earned degrees in dance and marketing from Roger Williams University. Later, while raising three children, she managed rental properties and her husband’s plumbing business. Her blend of performance discipline, business acumen and hands-on property experience informs her process-driven yet approachable style.
Robillard runs an entirely referral-based business — a testament to the trust she builds. Clients describe her as knowledgeable, organized and responsive, noting her ability to keep sensitive matters confidential while breaking down complex negotiations into clear next steps.
A member of the National Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Robillard has earned the Century 21 Centurion President’s Producer Award, the Masters Ruby Award and the Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award, among others.
For Robillard, success is measured in moments, such as handing keys to first-time buyers who never thought homeownership was possible. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, dancing and spending time at the beach with her husband and children.
