Although the public often thinks of Realtors and lenders first when describing the real estate industry, the legal and title sector is Jackie Medeiros’ area of expertise. While her primary role is generating revenue with her independent attorney title agents for Fidelity National Financial (FNF), she’s developed a unique niche as an authority on local real estate sales and marketing.
Medeiros’ role involves business development, strategic consulting and operational support. She recruits and supports closing attorneys by helping them streamline their title operations, introducing software solutions and assisting them with designing and implementing customized marketing and sales strategies. Additionally, she acts as a bridge between her agents and FNF’s legal underwriting, claims and audit teams. This work helps her clients receive the best agent experience in the title industry.
Medeiros particularly enjoys seeing her clients succeed. “There is nothing more rewarding for me than watching my clients grow and become more successful in their careers … knowing that maybe I was able to help a little along the way,” she explains.
Active in many industry organizations in Massachusetts, Medeiros has developed a passion for educating Realtors and lenders about the importance of quality title and legal services. “When good lawyers have title issues, they just fix [them] and don’t say anything. How would Realtors and lenders understand if we never tell them anything?” she asks.
Medeiros has become known for her “Title Tales,” short video clips in which she shares real-world FNF title claims happening in her market in a relatable and entertaining way. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading books.
