A second-generation Realtor, Cheryl Stakutis grew up immersed in the world of real estate in Lincoln, Massachusetts. “Real estate is in my DNA,” she explains. “I’ve been studying the market for as long as I can remember.”
Before becoming a full-time Realtor, Stakutis built a successful career in computer sales, sharpening her skills in client relations and high-level negotiations. Since earning her broker’s license in 1986 (with some years off to raise her children), she has delivered proven results and trusted expertise to clients. Specializing in luxury and distinctive homes across New England, including Concord, Lincoln, Sudbury, Lexington, Winchester, Boston, the Seaport District and Cape Cod — while delivering exceptional service at every price point.

She volunteers with the Auxiliary of Emerson Health and is an active member of the Concord Chapter of Lions Club International.
