Vineburgh, a founding partner with nearly three decades of experience in the Boston market, who spearheads the team’s work with high-end buyers, sellers, investors and developers. Marketing larger-scale condominium projects across the region, the team specializes in luxury homes and development sites in Greater Boston and MetroWest.
April Zelesnik, a key team member, offers over 11 years of real estate experience. Having transitioned from bartending to real estate in 2015, she’s built a strong reputation. A largely referral-based luxury sales specialist, she says her luxury clients describe her as someone who pairs warmth and approachability with contingency planning and decisive leadership.
With a portfolio of multimillion-dollar real estate transactions, Vineburgh recently spearheaded the sale of an approved 32-unit development site, overcoming numerous market challenges along the way. Working alongside him, Zelesnik is skilled at untangling particularly complex sales, including those involving demanding trustee boards and HOAs. Together, they pair experience with sharp intuition and a deep understanding of the numbers to guide deals successfully across the finish line.
Vineburgh has won multiple Prism awards for marketing and selling new-construction development projects. As a USA Hockey Level 5 coach, the organization’s highest designation, he coaches multiple nationally ranked youth hockey teams. Zelesnik stays involved locally through neighborhood associations, community cleanups and flower-planting events. Vineburgh and Zelesnik are both active in their local and national Realtor associations.
