Born into a construction family and mentored by her aunt, Candice Pagliarulo Hodgson began her real estate journey at an age when most teenagers were focused on after-school activities and weekend outings. Instead, she was learning the industry’s inner workings.
“While other kids were at the mall, I was mastering everything from marketing to human resources,” Hodgson recounts. “I earned my real estate license at 18 and became a broker just a few years later.”
Today, as CEO, owner and broker of Lyv Realty, Hodgson brings nearly three decades of hands-on experience to her leadership. Licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine, she has expanded Lyv Realty to over 60 agents through reputation, referrals and what she calls the law of attraction.
“Seeing agents choose us based on the value we provide validates that we’re changing the industry for the better,” Hodgson explains. “We are truly a brokerage run by an agent, for agents. Every decision we make is grounded in what’s best for our agents first.”
As a woman-owned, family-operated business, Lyv Realty is built on heart, hustle and community. From spearheading Lyv Kind fundraisers to consulting for developers and designing beautiful spaces, Hodgson approaches every project with purpose and passion.
Hodgson aims to build something meaningful for clients, agents and future generations. Most recently, she and her team hosted a successful “Cash Countdown” event, raising $17,000 for One Mission to support pediatric cancer patients. “I’m so thankful to work alongside people who share that passion for helping others,” she says.
For Hodgson, success is measured by the positive impact she has on clients and their families. She believes that large, corporate brokerages can never replicate the heart, personal mentorship and genuine support of an independent, locally owned brokerage.
