Originally from Minneapolis, Judy Korzenowski has lived in Newton for more than 39 years and is entrenched in the community. She began her career in retail as a specialty store buyer and fashion event specialist, which provided useful experience for her success in real estate. When she was recruited into a friend’s brokerage almost 20 years ago, she jumped at the opportunity to help others find their dream homes.

Korzenowski has consistently received the International President’s Elite award from Coldwell Banker, ranking her among the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. In a year that saw higher interest rates and greater inventory, Korzenowski was able to increase her overall volume by 10% in 2025. She holds memberships in the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and serves on the Newton Fair Housing Committee. She has developed an expert ability to guide clients through both buying and selling a home at the same time and has created a strong online presence through social media and video.
A sports fan and fitness enthusiast, Korzenowski is married and has three grown sons. She enjoys playing an active role in their many adventures and is proud to be able to plan more leisure and travel time with family into her schedule.
