Ray Chouinard, Executive Finance Manager

Lendizen Mortgage NMLS # 23326

Understanding lending as the intersection of finance, strategy and life-changing decisions, Ray Chouinard realized early that the right loan structure can dramatically impact a person’s long-term financial future. “That responsibility … drove me into the business,” he says. “I wanted to be the person to simplify the complex and help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.”

Chouinard has been in the lending business for 25 years. As the executive finance manager for Lendizen Mortgage, he assists first-time homebuyers throughout Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire. As he explains, he intentionally transitioned into lending. “I wanted a career where performance, precision and personal relationships all mattered,” he shares. “Lending offers that balance, allowing me to build a business based on trust and long-term partnerships.”

A member of Business Network International for over 24 years, Chouinard has served as a chapter president three times. He credits his success to his clear communication — especially his ability to break down complex guidelines, structure options and communicate with all parties.

Chouinard believes in treating every transaction strategically. “I focus on positioning buyers to win offers, structuring loans thoughtfully and communicating proactively,” he explains. “My clients aren’t just getting a rate; they’re getting guidance, advocacy and a clear plan.”

This past year, Chouinard focused on building stronger community relationships and deepening his impact, both professionally and personally. “Seeing the ripple effect of consistent effort in business growth and personal development has been incredibly rewarding,” he reports.

When he isn’t working, Chouinard is an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. He enjoys biking, fishing and being outdoors.
