Vicma Lamarche, Loan Officer

Movement Mortgage NMLS # 2243949

Vicma Lamarche is a loan officer with Movement Mortgage in Boston, passionate about helping individuals and families build wealth and emotional security through homeownership. She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, multi-family property purchasers, and clients utilizing FHA and VA loans, as well as down payment assistance programs such as MassHousing.

Working closely with real estate agents and community partners throughout Greater Boston, she helps buyers navigate a competitive market with clarity, strategy, and confidence.

A first-generation immigrant from the Dominican Republic, Vicma was raised in an apartment building in Harlem, New York, and did not step into a single-family home until moving to Boston at age 15. That experience inspired her to purchase her first home at just 23. She later recognized the empowerment and security homeownership provided and, with guidance from informal mentors, learned to strategically leverage equity to build generational wealth.

That realization shaped her purpose. “I wanted to make a direct and meaningful impact on people’s lives by sharing the lessons I learned through real estate,” she says.

Her commitment to expanding access to homeownership led her to serve as the 2025 President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Boston Chapter, where she advocates for increased Hispanic homeownership and financial empowerment. She also supports community initiatives through the Movement Foundation, which reinvests in education and youth programs.

A devoted wife and mother of four, Vicma finds fulfillment both in her family’s growth and in helping clients achieve homeownership. “Homeownership isn’t just about buying a house,” she says. “It’s about building stability, opportunity, and legacy.”
