Rachel Foy, the broker and owner of Hillman Homes, is proud to have built a successful brokerage with a family feel that has achieved over $400 million in sales. “You start and end your day at home. Everyone deserves a safe and happy place to live,” she shares.
Foy’s business is based 95% on referrals. Licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and the owner of multiple properties, she understands the needs and worries of homeowners, investors and landlords. “I want my clients to be happy in their home, comfortable in being able to take care of it [and] invest in it appropriately for building future value,” she explains.
This dedication has earned Foy top broker awards every year of her 24-year career. Her relationship with clients is more than a transaction; she always remains available for real estate guidance and vendor recommendations.
With every sale, Foy donates to help fight homelessness. Additionally, she started Roots ADU, a company that designs and builds accessory dwelling units, to help combat the current housing crisis affecting affordability for first-time homebuyers and seniors.
Foy is a board member of the Newton Boys & Girls Club and Second Chances, as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. To best serve clients, she is a notary public and holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist and Certified Probate Specialist designations.
