With nearly four decades in real estate, Ellen Mulligan built her career on professionalism, discretion and a willingness to go beyond the transaction. After beginning her professional life in hospitality management, she transitioned into real estate while raising her family in the Lakes Region, where she developed a firsthand understanding of its towns, waterfront communities and seasonal dynamics. Over the years, Mulligan ranked consistently among the top producers by dollar volume in the region and earned Coldwell Banker’s International Society of Excellence designation for more than a decade.
Jill Mulligan joined the business a few years ago, inspired by watching her mother grow a market-leading practice. She adds a modern lens to the team, elevating its digital marketing and video strategy while grounding her work in strong planning and land-use knowledge gained through service on the Town of Gilford Planning Board. Together, the pair was recognized as the No. 1 small team in New Hampshire in 2024 and 2025.
Serving buyers and sellers across Lake Winnipesaukee, Squam Lake and surrounding communities, the Mulligan Group works with everyone from first-time buyers to luxury and waterfront clients.
