Claire LeBlanc, Real Estate Agent

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate

A lifelong resident of MetroWest, Claire LeBlanc built her real estate career on the simplicity of understanding how people live. Raised in Waltham and having worked as an early childhood educator in the city, she’s mastered the art of being calm and listening. Whether she’s navigating the high-stress environment of a luxury closing or helping a first-time buyer understand a complex inspection report, her 27 years in the business have taught her that a steady hand is more valuable than any sales pitch.

LeBlanc’s path to real estate began at age 25 while purchasing a family property. Recognizing how much there was to learn, she earned her license and initially referred clients to trusted agents. When those same clients began asking why she was not representing them directly, she took the leap. Before real estate, in addition to having been an educator, she worked as an apparel buyer and department manager for five divisions at a Waltham retailer. She now partners with two team members with her sharp pricing instincts and strong negotiation skills.

For LeBlanc, it’s about the psychology of staging and the sharp, strategic pricing that makes a listing pop in a crowded online feed. She works with downsizers, first-time homebuyers and luxury clients across single-family, multifamily and condominium properties. Most of her business comes from past clients and their referrals.

In the last year, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth recognized her with its Leading Edge Society award, placing her among the top 11% of agents worldwide within the network. A Realtor and Accredited Buyer’s Representative, she begins every client interaction not with a listing presentation, but with the question, “How can I help?”

In her spare time, LeBlanc enjoys family time, gardening and supporting local charities that benefit children, elders and animals.
