Growing up in a family connected to real estate, Genevieve Botelho always felt drawn to the business. Her grandfather served as president of a board of Realtors in New Jersey, and although he passed away before she was born, his passion for the industry clearly carried through the family.
Licensed since 2003, Botelho has spent more than two decades helping clients navigate one of the most important financial and emotional decisions of their lives. An award-winning, top-producing Realtor with Lamacchia Realty, she is known for her strategic approach, strong negotiation skills and commitment to protecting her clients’ best interests at all times.
Botelho primarily serves buyers and sellers throughout Worcester and Middlesex counties, but she will go wherever her clients need her throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. A large portion of her business comes from repeat and referral clients who continue to trust her with their real estate decisions.
Botelho’s work ethic was shaped early while working her way through college in the restaurant industry, where she learned the value of multitasking, communication and treating every client as if they were her only one.
Over the years, Botelho has consistently ranked among the top agents in her office and has been a member of Lamacchia Realty’s President’s Club seven times. In addition, she has ranked No. 1 in her office for both transactions and sales volume in four separate years. She regularly volunteers on the membership committee for the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts.
“My goal is always to make the process as smooth and low-stress as possible,” Botelho shares. “Buying or selling a home can be overwhelming, and I want to take as much off my clients’ plates as I can.”
