Christina Hixon & Liana Bevilacqua, Real Estate Advisors

Hixon + Bevilacqua Home Group, Coldwell Banker

When clients work with the Lynnfield-based Hixon + Bevilacqua Home Group, they get two talented agents who act as one. Founders Christina Hixon and Liana Bevilacqua are a perfect match when it comes to professionalism and hustle, but these business partners say it’s their synchronicity that really makes their partnership thrive.

“We trust each other implicitly, which is why our partnership works so well,” they say. “We share the same value system; our clients’ best interest is at the heart of every transaction we handle. We are one in the same and, if needed, could send each other on any appointment in place of the other and not worry for a second that a beat would be missed.”

Hixon grew up in Reading and moved around neighboring Boston suburbs during her career in finance. She and her husband settled in Lynnfield over 17 years ago. After she had children, a family member introduced her to the real estate industry through the appraisal business. She quickly realized her calling was in sales, which drove her to earn her real estate license.

Bevilacqua grew up in Melrose and most recently lived the North End, before making the move to Lynnfield seven years ago with her husband and children. Her family has been involved in real estate all her life, which spurred her interest in the field. Bevilacqua’s affinity for real estate, even at a young age, combined with her many industry connections, made a career in the field a perfect match.

Hixon and Bevilacqua recently departed from their former team to establish a group with their own names on it. They pride themselves on bringing four basic principles to every deal: attention to detail, integrity, professionalism and exceptional results. In doing so, they have amassed the loyalty of a deep client base during their many years in the industry and can now build a business on their own terms.

Both Hixon and Bevilacqua are members of Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society, which represents the top 14 percent of all agents worldwide and are Global Luxury Specialists.
