Livian Massachusetts Group at Keller Williams Premier Properties

 

In 2003 at the age of 23, Josh Lioce started his business by opening a small, independent brokerage. “I had a desire to get into the building industry due to my grandfather building homes back in the ‘60s and ‘70s, and while pursuing my builder’s license, I decided to get my real estate license,” he says. In 2018, Lioce closed his independent brokerage to open a business center with Keller Williams.

As the leader of a team, Lioce is able to better serve his clients by relying on the support of the people around him. “Operating as a team has an extreme number of benefits for not only the agents on the team but the clients we service,” he says, adding that his dedicated transaction manager and dedicated marketing coordinator allow him to work on selling and finding homes while his operations teams specialize in handling the administrative part of the process. “Having multiple people assist a client in their area of specialty allows the client to receive the highest level of service possible,” he says.

In 2021, Lioce and his team joined Livian, the largest expansion team with Keller Williams across the country. He says becoming a part of the organization is one of his proudest accomplishments of the past year, as it allowed him to give his agents tools to serve his clients that he never could have before. 

Lioce says his greatest strength as a broker is his genuine interest in his clients’ well-being. “We develop strong bonds with our clients that create trust with all parties,” he says. “They know that we are going to do our very best to help them accomplish their real estate goals.”
