Known to successfully close loans in less than two weeks, Jason Evans provides his clients and real estate partners a competitive advantage when looking at homes with multiple offers. A loan officer with Guaranteed Rate, Evans attributes this success to his ability to relate with millennial first-time homebuyers and leverage the advanced technology to deliver a streamlined and transparent mortgage process. “I am now licensed in 26 states,” he says. “This allows me to better serve my clients as they move around the country or look to purchase vacation homes and rental properties out of state.”

During the market changes last year, Evans and his team continued to tighten their loan process in to cut even more time off the closing timelines. “I expect it will still be a competitive housing market for homebuyers this year too,” he says, adding he is growing his team to continue offering the best service possible.

Scotsman Guide named Evans the No. 1 loan officer in Massachusetts under the age of 40 and fifth nationwide for the prior year’s production. He has also been recognized as a top loan originator for all ages since 2010 by Scotsman Guide. He was listed a top loan officer by Hometown Weekly every year since 2017 along with earning Guaranteed Rate’s President Club and Chairman’s Circle designations each year he has worked for the company.

When not working, Evans enjoys supporting charities and community organizations in his hometown of Foxboro, and also volunteering as a coach for his children’s sports teams.
