Carol Korbman, Senior Sales Associate

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential

Growing up in Mexico City with a real estate developer father, Carol Korbman was surrounded by floorplans, property tours and other industry chatter, sparking her passion for real estate.

She recalls, “When I moved to Boston 35 years ago, finding a place to live was a very stressful experience. As many immigrants do, I walked into a real estate office and had an instant connection with the broker. He was so nice and genuine and took me under his wing, showing me a bunch of apartments in the city. To this day, I feel very grateful to him. Since then, I knew I wanted to help people find their new home.”

Korbman has assisted buyers, sellers and investors in Boston and the surrounding suburbs for the past 15 years. Having lived in Boston, Brookline and Newton, she has an insider’s view of what makes those areas great places to live. “Personally, I have bought and sold many homes for myself, which helps me understand the process even more, as well as the emotional experience a client has when making a real estate decision,” she explains. Korbman is dedicated to helping clients understand the market through market reports and is committed to clear communication and customer service.

About two years ago, Korbman moved to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential, taking advantage of all the resources and tools they provide to their agents. Her first year aboard, she earned a couple of top-producer awards and exceeded her goals. She is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and is among the top 6% of Berkshire Hathaway agents nationwide.

Aside from her real estate career, Korbman is active in Hadassah Boston and enjoys global travel with her family, as well as walking and biking Boston’s trails, and relaxing with a good book.
