With 12 years of experience in the industry, Victor Divine, broker associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate, is a skilled and knowledgeable Realtor who is passionate about helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. Divine specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, buyers looking to “step up,” and sellers interested in condo conversions. 

“I have found working with first-time homebuyers and ‘step-up buyers’ to be the most enjoyable,” said Divine. “From the first time we sit down to handing them their keys to a new home, I feed off the excitement they share throughout the process.” Divine’s primary focus is on condos in the city and single-family homes in neighboring communities, though he also works with young investors looking to purchase multifamily homes.

Divine got his start in the real estate industry after reading the finance book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” and becoming fascinated with the concept of building wealth through real estate. He received his license the summer between finishing his undergraduate degree and earning his MBA, and has been working in the industry ever since. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Divine worked as a tax accountant at a CPA firm in Chestnut Hill. He is grateful for the experience and uses the skills he learned in that role to help his clients talk through their financial options.

In the past year, Divine’s biggest professional accomplishment was breaking into the Top 1% of all Berkshire Hathaway agents, out of a pool of 50,000. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. When he’s not working, Divine volunteers with local non-profits and enjoys running, having completed several marathons.
