Raised in Burlington, Massachusetts, Marie A. Presti holds an undergraduate degree in math and computer science, an MBA in marketing, and numerous industry certifications. She worked as a tech company executive until the business closed following the 2001 terror attacks. Thinking she’d work in real estate only temporarily; she fell in love with it and has cultivated a thriving career for the past 22 years. “I was offered three jobs in high tech that first year I was working in real estate and turned them down because I’d found my true calling as a real estate entrepreneur,” she remembers.

Presti serves first-time homebuyers, empty nesters, and those at every life stage in between in Greater Boston and southern New Hampshire. Known as a trusted advisor to her clients, she says her reputation is built on perseverance and strategy. “I’ve been able to put systems in place to provide consistent service to my clients, no matter what real estate market we are in,” she says. Whether it’s tailoring a property’s marketing for the current economy or helping her clients lean into logical decision-making, she specializes in helping people grow their financial footprint in any climate.

With current memberships in multiple local and national Realtor associations, Presti lovingly devotes time as a Realtor leader by seizing every opportunity to learn and serve. She’s been acknowledged repeatedly as a Five Star Professional, holds multiple top-agent awards and is Newton’s agent of the year with RateMyAgent for 2023. She now calls upon her extensive wisdom to mentor new agents for exponential growth.

Presti’s installment as New England’s Residential Real Estate Council (as a Certified Residential Specialist designee) president-elect is the recent achievement she’s recently most proud of. In addition to cooking, boating, and volunteering, she devotes quite a bit of time to her 16-year-old son’s many sports endeavors.
