“I have always had a love for design, architecture and new developments,” says Suzanna Krmzian, a Realtor at Lamacchia Realty with over seven years of industry experience. Specializing in the greater Boston area and all of Massachusetts, she works with a diverse group of clients including investors, luxury buyers and sellers, first-time homebuyers, developers, new construction, those needing to relocate, and those dealing with probate or estate sales. 

During Krmzian’s previous career in the banking world, she developed a passion for helping clients achieve their own home-ownership dreams. “This desire to go above and beyond for my clients and being a part of their journey to homeownership on the financial side, led me to a career in real estate,” she says. As a Realtor at Lamacchia Realty since 2016, she has been able to combine her passions and extensive knowledge of the industry to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Known for being knowledgeable, fearless, and a strong advocate and negotiator for her clients, Krmzian’s goal is to create long-term relationships with her clients and make the real estate process as easy and seamless as possible. “My clients describe me as a ‘people person’ with a strong work ethic and ‘exceptional professional skills and qualifications,’” she says. 

Last year, Krmzian’s biggest professional accomplishment was having over 90 percent of her clients being repeat and referred customers, all of whom left her 5-star reviews and referred her to their friends, family and colleagues. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors. Krmzian has lived in Belmont for over 25 years with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures, trying new restaurants, and staying active through running and yoga.
