Senior Sales Agent
Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Warren Residential
As a third-generation agent, Scarlett Tamburro has real estate running through her blood. A senior sales agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential, Tamburro serves sellers as well as buyers throughout the Boston area, many of whom are in the market for their first home. So far in 2019, 80 percent of her transactions have come from personal referrals or previous clients. The majority of them have been for clients listing their homes for sale. “The deep relationship I have developed with my sellers this year, I think, is my greatest accomplishment,” she says.
Earning her license in 2013, just one year after graduating from college, Tamburro has since proved to be a versatile agent, working on projects ranging from multi-unit buildings in up-and-coming neighborhoods such as East Boston and Dorchester to new residences in connection with developers and investors.
In March 2019, Tamburro ranked as the top producer in her office and, together with her colleagues, was named the No. 1 Berkshire Hathaway office in the Northeast for total gross commission income, beating out larger teams for the title. “This is an incredible accomplishment, especially with the addition of dozens of new offices that we are competing with now,” she says.
Tamburro is a longtime member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Young Professionals Network and volunteers with Courageous Sailing and Birthday Wishes. She is a huge Boston sports fan and attends as many games as possible. Tamburro plays on co-ed softball teams and travels as often as possible.
