Lorrie Parajeckas
Vice President
Compass

As a top-producing agent, Lorrie Parajeckas channels her empathy and generosity into every transaction. “Since as far back as I can remember, being kind to others has gone hand-in-hand with my innate desire to help people accomplish their goals,” says Parajeckas, vice president at Compass. Specializing in luxury properties just north of Boston, Parajeckas serves discerning buyers and sellers ranging from local first-timers to international relocation clients. “My business has flourished over the years because former clients reach out to me when they are ready to transition to a new home,” she says, adding that her client base is primarily referrals.

Parajeckas, who recently joined Compass and founded the Lorrie Parajeckas Group, has achieved top producer awards every year since 2007. This year, she was chosen as one of Boston Magazine’s 2019 Top Real Estate Producers. Together with Elena Langlois, her new Realtor associate, Parajeckas offers an engaged level of service and attention to detail from start to finish. “I control the volume of clients I work with, to ensure that I work closely with each one of them.”

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Parajeckas was a respiratory therapist, then pursued a career in marketing and business management after receiving her BSBA from Northeastern University. “When I became a Realtor, I was better able to engage not only my technical skills, but my ability to really help people through complicated transactions,” she explains. “This satisfies my entrepreneurial spirit.”

Parajeckas is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Winchester Chamber of Commerce, Winton Club, and Boston Women’s Council of Family Reach, for which she is an active fundraiser. In recognition of her charity work, Parajeckas received the Commonwealth Medal of Honor in 2015.
