Juniper, Greystar’s fifth and final Everett development, opened its doors. The 416-unit project joins the Jade, Maxwell, Anthem Everett and Mason projects, all part of the South Carolina-based developer’s large-scale development plan for Everett.

Juniper offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units alongside amenities including a dog park, pickleball court, mini golf course, pool and community garden.

“We are excited to welcome Juniper’s first residents as we celebrate this important milestone for our Everett portfolio and for the evolution of the broader Everett Triangle into a complete, connected residential neighborhood,” said Ryan Souls, managing director of development at Greystar. “Through deliberate placemaking, including intentionally designed homes, green spaces, retail and more, Juniper’s opening represents the realization of our vision. We are deeply grateful to the City of Everett for its continued partnership and shared efforts to reimagine this area and expand high-quality housing options for residents.”
