Developer Wood Partners broke ground on Alta Thoreau, a multifamily community at 265 and 269 Forest Ridge Road in Concord.

The 237-unit development will feature a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across two five-story buildings. Residents will have access to amenities, including outdoor courtyards, Pilates and yoga studios, a golf simulator and tavern lounge, work-from-home library, pool, fire pits, pet spa and dog park.

We’re thrilled to be part of a town with such a rich history and contribute to the continued growth of the community.”

Construction completion is anticipated by February 2028.
