Wood Partners, in collaboration with Marcus Partners, has opened Alta French Hill — a five-story apartment community offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences. Select units feature private balconies or patios, while first-floor apartments boast 11-foot ceilings.

The development offers more traditional amenities like courtyards, lounges, a pool and a pet park, as well as tech-integrated features like a podcast studio, gaming center and sports simulator.
