A 24-unit multifamily building at 15 Euston Road in Boston’s Brighton neighborhood sold for $8,875,000.

The listing garnered abundant attention from buyers, according to Evan Griffith and Tony Pepdjonovic. The senior managing directors at Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office marketed 15 Euston Road on behalf of the seller, a private family, and procured the buyer, an unnamed partnership.

“Brighton is one of the lowest transactional submarkets in the country for apartment buildings, so it was no surprise that a record number of groups toured this asset,” said Griffith in a press release.

Pepdjonovic added, “The pride of ownership really shines through in this property, and now more than ever, long-term ownership is rewarded by strong operational history and quality product.”

The building was constructed in 1962 and spans 19,200 square feet on a 0.22-acre lot. Residents of the property’s 12 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom apartments have access to off-street parking.
