The Willard, a Quincy multifamily property built in 2025, traded hands for $13.5 million.
The building features a mix of 24 two-bedroom and six three-bedroom apartments, all of which were occupied at the close of escrow. Amenities at The Willard include a roof deck, EV charging stations and storage facilities.
Tony Pepdjonovic and Evan Griffith of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
“Located just off Interstate 93, this commuter friendly Quincy location provides convenient access to local amenities as well as downtown Boston,” said Pepdjonovic, senior managing director at Marcus & Millichap, in a press release. “We continue to see investors target high-quality locations with strong fundamentals.”
