The Arbella at Bramble Hill will open its doors to residents later this month. Developer United Group built the 55-plus community on the historic Higgins Estate in Worcester.
Located on 17 acres of land along Salisbury Street, the development will feature 123 one- and two-bedroom apartments for older adults. Amenities targeted at the demographic include a golf simulator, yoga studio, indoor pool, multimedia theatre, pickle ball and bocce courts, community garden and walking trails.
“We are thrilled to introduce The Arbella at Bramble Hill to the Worcester Community,” Michael J. Uccellini, President and CEO of United Group of Companies, said in a press release. “This community raises the standard for 55-plus living and will offer an unparalleled living experience for all future residents.”
A grand opening is scheduled for Sept. 16. Planned attendees include Worcester Mayor Joseph Petty, Dave Garvin with the Worcester Chamber of Commerce, Alexander Schmidt with Eastern Bank and United Group developers.
