The Griffith & Pepdjonovic Group at Marcus & Millichap sold a three-building multifamily portfolio in Boston for $4,875,000. Located at 157-159, 161-163 and 165-167 Delhi St. in Boston’s Mattapan neighborhood, the property features 18 apartments.

Evan Griffith and Tony Pepdjonovic exclusively marketed the 1930s-era property on behalf of the seller.
