Collin Bray
VP of Sales
Century 21 Cityside
Collin Bray is invested in creating rich relationships with his clients, working with sellers, buyers and developers to ensure a seamless and successful transaction. “A perfect client is a busy person or family who seeks an advantage in Boston’s competitive marketplace,” says Bray, Vice President of Sales at Century 21 Cityside. “They also value experience and sound advice.”
In 2018, after 14 years in real estate, Bray was selected to speak at the Inman Connect NYC Real Estate Conference. “But there was one major issue,” he says. “My fear was speaking on stage alone to hundreds of my peers for 15 minutes!” Through months of rigorous practice, Bray realized that the key to overcoming his concern was to accept, embrace and share his journey. “I needed to embrace the story of creating my own real estate brand, my struggles and my successes. I knew speaking from the heart would inspire other agents to be bold.”
This year, Bray sold a Back Bay penthouse condominium in the same building as a 500-square-foot one-bedroom apartment that he had rented 13 years prior. “This sale represents forward progress in every year of my career,” he says. He also initiated a Collective Ritz Broker Open House, a marketing collaboration with 11 other brokers representing properties in the building through a one-day joint open house event. “Creative joint marketing was a huge success for everyone involved,” Bray says.
Bray is a Double Centurion award winner and was recently asked to be a trustee of Colby-Sawyer College, his alma mater.
Bray serves on the Board of Directors for Easter Seals Massachusetts and the nonprofit Boredom Busters. He enjoys playing competitive basketball weekly and is a Celtics fan.
