Over the course of her six-year career, Kiep has received both the Platinum and Gold level Circle of Excellence awards. “I think one skill that has been the most instrumental in my success is the ability to think outside the box,” she says. “In today’s competitive real estate market, it’s important to be innovative and creative to get deals done for my clients.”
This year, Kiep helped a company relocate more than 20 of its employees from the West Coast to Boston. “It has been a great experience to help and to continue to offer guidance as the company continues to grow,” she says.
Kiep is a supporter of ASPCA and the American Cancer Society. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and the USA Volleyball Association, having played the sport for over 20 years. “Volleyball has taught me several lessons that I feel have contributed to my success as a real estate agent including the importance of teamwork, dedication and having a positive attitude,” she says. “It has also shown me the value of working hard.”
