Melanie Daye is devoted to helping clients find a place to call home. As a broker, real estate consultant, and leasing agent at Boston’s Future Finest RE, Daye works with sellers, buyers, investors, landlords and tenants within Boston and the surrounding neighborhoods, harnessing her 14-plus years as a real estate professional to facilitate a successful experience for her client.

In July 2017, Daye launched her own firm. “A year ago, my challenge was getting listings and now I have three listings under agreement,” she says. “I will continue building my business to ensure my long term goals in real estate by hiring an assistant and sales agents, and expanding my markets.”

Daye, a former financial services professional, is known for her punctuality, negotiation skills, approachability, and industry knowledge. “I go above and beyond the call of duty,” she says, adding that she’s a true people person and that she finds great pleasure in helping others to be happy and comfortable, whether it be in temporary housing or for years to come.

In 2008, Daye received her Loss and Mitigation Certification, allowing her to assist clients in the market for buying or selling distressed properties such as short sales and foreclosures. She is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Outside of work, Daye is a representative for her neighborhood crime watch and works with local police officers and neighbors to maintain the quality of her community. She is also a volunteer for People of Hyde Park Wanting Equal Representation. Daye enjoys playing piano, sightseeing, watching game shows, relaxing in nature, traveling and walking.
