Peggy Pratt Calle joined the real estate industry 22 years ago to help people achieve their dreams. “I have always loved sales,” she says, explaining that prior to becoming an Associate Broker with Century 21 North East, she worked in the clothing industry, owned two different restaurants and bars, and had her own radio show. “I wanted to be able to help people achieve their dreams.”

She is a certified Loss Mitigation Specialist and has completed more than 240 short sale transactions throughout her career. “This helps when dealing with distressed and bank-owned properties for my clients,” she says.

Last year, Calle formed her own team, taking responsibility for training and teaching her new buyer agent and assistant as well as implementing new systems to streamline her process and increase production. In 2018, she ranked at No. 116 for the Top 250 Latino agents in the nation by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Last year, Calle marked a turning point for her family with her oldest son leaving for college. “My children’s education and upbringing is what’s most important to me. Being able to afford and give him what my Mom couldn’t give me made me feel not only proud of him for being an excellent student, but of myself.”
