Mian LaVallee, Senior Partner at Wilson Group Keller Williams Realty, has been called everything from a miracle worker to “heaven in heels” thanks to her diligence and relentless drive to enable her clients’ real estate dreams. “I love what I do and I adore the people I do it with,” she says. “I can’t wait to get up each day.” Focusing primarily on luxury buyers, LaVallee also works with new construction sales, assisting clients in both the selection and design processes.
Recognized by the National Association of Home Builders’ National Sales and Marketing Council as Rookie of the Year in 2006 and as Sales Person of the Year in 2010, LaVallee continues to break industry and personal records. This past July, she had her most successful month to date, closing almost $13 million in volume, contributing to her team’s total of $21 million that month. “Before this summer, I was operating my very busy business without an assistant,” she explains, adding that her roster of clients was growing at a rapid speed. “I quickly realized not only did I need help in order to remain busy, I needed help to become busier. My biggest accomplishment this year was understanding how to implement and then leverage additional support so I could do more and be more to more people.”
LaVallee is a bilingual member of the Associate Leadership Council of Keller Williams, a Certified Buyer’s Specialist and a member of KW Luxury International. She’s also a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the National Association of Realtors, and her team has been the No. 1 team in their office for the past six years in a row. Additionally, she’s a mother of three (four if you include her husband!), triathlete and “Jeopardy!” junkie.
