David Lazowski approaches every transaction with a high level of respect and diligence. As a regional senior vice president at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, Lazowski serves consumers directly by creating strategic real estate and referral partnerships to grow Fairway’s presence within New England.

Prior to joining the real estate industry 12 years ago, Lazowski worked in financial services as a stockbroker on Wall Street. “The real estate market allows me to positively impact families one at a time and help them with the most important purchase of their lives,” he says. “It’s a much more rewarding experience.”

Within the last year, his team grew to 150 people, and together, they served over 2,500 families and approached $1 billion in originations. Lazowski’s branch has ranked as the No. 1 branch in volume and units for the last three years, earning it membership into the Fairway Platinum Club. He has been a member of the chairman’s club and president’s club for the last decade and ranks among the top 1 percent of mortgage originators in the country.

Lazowski belongs to the Brooklyn Networkers BNI chapter and is a board member of the Brookline Teen Center as well as a supporter of the American Warrior Initiative, Brookline Community Mental Health Center and the Anti-Defamation League.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his friends and family. This year, he celebrated the bat mitzvah of his daughter Jenna and watched his daughter Mikayla begin her first year of college, while also going college hunting with his son Ari.
